Beginning at 2pm at Longdole Polo Club, expect live polo, music,
drinks and relaxed socialising in the Gloucestershire countryside.

As evening falls, CHUKKA moves into Cheltenham, continuing on The Nook rooftop terrace with canapés, cocktails, house music and views across the town.
THE DJ LINE UP
For CHUKKA VIP, the night goes further with access to
Club OCHO, Cheltenham's private members' club on Imperial Square.
Dress Code: Day-to-Dark Prestige.

WHERE IS THE POLO?
The polo takes place at Longdole Polo Club, just outside Cheltenham.

WHAT TIME DOES CHUKKA START?
CHUKKA starts at 2PM on Saturday 12 September at Longdole Polo Club.
The day then moves into Cheltenham, with the night continuing until 2AM.WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHUKKA SOCIAL + VIP?
CHUKKA SOCIAL includes the polo at Longdole plus access to The Nook in Cheltenham.
CHUKKA VIP includes the polo, The Nook, and access to Club OCHO as the night continues.
HOW DOES THE SHUTTLE WORK?
The CHUKKA shuttle will leave Longdole Polo Club between 6PM and 7PM,
once the polo party has finished, taking guests into Cheltenham for the evening.Shuttle places must be booked in advance as an add-on to your ticket.
CAN I DRIVE TO THE POLO?
Yes. Parking is available at Longdole Polo Club.
You can choose standard overnight parking or upgrade to a Pitch-Side Vehicle Space.
WHAT’S PITCH-SIDE PARKING?
Pitch-Side Parking gives you your own vehicle space alongside the polo field — ideal if you want to arrive, set up and enjoy the afternoon from your own spot.
Think picnic, friends, good music and polo happening right in front of you.
CAN I LEAVE MY CAR OVERNIGHT?
Yes. Overnight Parking can be booked in advance, so you can leave your car at Longdole and collect it the following day.
WILL THERE BE FOOD + DRINK?
Absolutely. There’ll be a fully stocked bar at Longdole throughout the afternoon, alongside two brilliant food partners.
Le COQ will be serving their signature Buttermilk Fried Chicken, while RISO NERO brings restaurant-quality Mediterranean-inspired food to the field.
As CHUKKA moves into Cheltenham, canapés will also be served at The Nook to kick off the evening.
So come hungry — food, drinks and polo are all covered.
CAN WE BRING A PICNIC?
Yes — particularly if you’ve booked a Pitch-Side Vehicle Space. Bring a picnic, make yourselves comfortable and enjoy the afternoon.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Pitch-side elegance. Statement style.
Think contemporary polo style by day and elevated clubwear as the evening takes over.
Most importantly: just look cool and enjoy the ride.
DO I NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT POLO?
Absolutely not. CHUKKA is designed to be enjoyed whether you know polo inside out or have never watched a match before.
We’ll give you the basics — you just need to enjoy it.
CAN I BUY EXTRAS AFTER I’VE BOUGHT MY TICKET?
Subject to availability, additional options such as shuttle transfers and parking may still be available after you’ve purchased your main ticket.
We recommend booking them as early as possible.
WHERE DOES THE EVENING TAKE PLACE?
From 6.30PM onwards, CHUKKA continues in Cheltenham at The Nook and Club OCHO.
CHUKKA SOCIAL includes access to The Nook.
CHUKKA VIP includes access to The Nook and Club OCHO.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
No. Your ticket can simply be shown on your phone when you arrive.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Tickets are non-refundable if you’re no longer able to attend due to a change in personal circumstances. If CHUKKA is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted directly regarding the options available.
